This is a 32 year old woman that presented with a remote history of silicone injections to the lips and an aggressive resective rhinoplasty in Central America 10 years previous. Her complaints were early signs of facial aging, 'hollowness', unaesthetic changes from the rhinoplasty, and disproportionately large lips from the silicone injections. All of these issues were addressed with fat and stem cell grafting. A youthful check projection point and lower mid-facial concavity were created, volumetric reshaping of the brow with fat creates the impression of a brow lift, the nasal tip and dorsum are also refined with fat and using Dr. Maercks' 'anatomic labial sculpting' technique the abnormal misplaced appearing silicone lips are made to become a more natural part of the patients face.
